Software Transition Announcement
(Not applicable to National Guard Accounts)

Dear Monitoring Web Access Customer,
On January 18th, 2011 Mountain Alarm / FPS will transition to a new software platform for storing the Alarm monitoring information on your account. We are excited for the new functions and abilities this software will give us to monitor and manage your account.
As part of the software upgrade we are making changes with how you are currently logging in through the website to accomplish any of the following:
- Viewing your Alarm History
- Viewing your Monitoring Location information
- Viewing the Responsible Party Contacts on the account
- Placing accounts On/Off test status
On January 18th you will see the following screen when clicking on Monitoring Web Access from the Mountain Alarm / FPS Website.

- The first link in the list will give you access to the previous Monitoring application. During the system upgrade we copied all your account information to the new system except for the alarm activity previous to 1/18/2011. Please continue to use this site if you need to review your old history.
- The second link is a download link for the Firefox Web Browser. The new application can be run in Internet Explorer; however, Firefox is recommended for optimal performance.
- The third link is for customers who have only one location (one physical address) being monitored by Mountain Alarm / FPS. You can log into this application using your Monitoring Account Number and Passcode (Password) to review your alarm history and current contact information. When you click the link you will be given a login form. Enter your Monitoring Account Number in the field labeled User Name. If you are not sure what your Monitoring Account Number is please contact customer service at 1-888-349-3455 and we will be glad to assist you.
- The fourth link is for customers who have multiple locations (multiple physical addresses) being monitored by Mountain Alarm / FPS. You can log into this application using the Username and Password supplied by your customer care representative.
