Mountain Alarm has two UL listed redundant monitoring facilities one of which is located in Ogden, Utah and the other in Tacoma, Washington. This redundancy provides an extra sense of security in case there was ever a natural or man-made disaster at one of the facilities.

In November 2009, we received the highest designation for central station monitoring from Underwriter Laboratories. The 2050 National Industrial Security System Monitoring certificate specifies that we meet meet the standards required to monitor facilities operated by government contractors and integrators who are engaged in security system installations for which a National Industrial Security System certificate has been issued by the Department of Homeland Security of Secret Service.
